Lease Terms

$5,495.00 security deposit

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and submit a completed rental application. A background screening, credit report, income verification, rental history, and employment verification will be completed for all applicants. A minimum credit score of 650 is required. Household gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Applicants must provide verifiable income and demonstrate a positive rental history. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and routine yard maintenance throughout the lease term. This home is available either furnished or unfurnished, depending on tenant preference. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet will apply. Breed restrictions and other screening requirements may apply. Renter's insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage is required for the duration of the tenancy. All applications will be reviewed using the same screening criteria and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
